When you submit the contact-preference form, we collect your first name, phone number and your consent choice for marketing SMS and automated AI calls. Our communications tools record the form submission and your choice so we can respect your preferences.
AI-call preferences
If you authorize the disclosed SMS and call program, we may contact the number you supplied about your inquiry using automated technology and an artificial or AI-generated voice. Calls are for general service information and booking assistance. Our tools may keep call recordings, transcripts and administrative notes. We require recorded consent before automated outreach, and you can withdraw call permission during a call or through our office at (856) 444-8405.
Cookies and tracking
This website and its embedded form may use cookies, local storage and similar technology for site functions, security, spam prevention and usage measurement. The website uses Google analytics and advertising measurement tools. The form may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and time zone. Browser settings can restrict cookies; doing so may affect site or form functions. We do not use analytics or advertising tools to share your SMS opt-in information or consent for another business's marketing.
Data security
The website and form use HTTPS to protect information in transit. Contact information and consent records are maintained in our communications systems with access limited to authorized staff and service providers who need it to operate the program. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect this information, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive medical records, insurance identifiers or payment-card information through this form or SMS.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, send the service information and related introductory offers you agreed to receive, provide a secure booking link, handle your replies, and respect opt-out requests. We do not use text messages for diagnosis, treatment advice, emergency assistance or collecting payment-card information.
Mobile information and consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We do not sell or transfer your messaging opt-in records or consent to another business. Contracted messaging and customer-service providers may process only the information necessary to deliver and support this program, under our instructions. This limited operational processing does not permit those providers to use your information for their own marketing.
Your choices
Messaging consent is voluntary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. We retain the minimum opt-out record needed to avoid sending further messages. You can also contact the office to ask about your communication preferences or information. Consent is not required to receive care or purchase services.
