Program and frequency
After you affirmatively opt in, we may send service information related to your inquiry, relevant introductory offers and a secure booking link. The program sends at most two proactive text messages per inquiry. Message frequency varies when you reply or ask for help. Automated messages may come from (856) 372-1205. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choice
Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing a product or service. Agreeing to website or booking terms does not by itself grant messaging permission. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize promotional text messages.
AI-call permission
The form's consent choice explicitly authorizes both marketing SMS and automated calls using an artificial or AI-generated voice about your inquiry and booking help. Providing your number without selecting that choice does not authorize either channel. You can withdraw call consent during a call or by calling our office at (856) 444-8405.
Program eligibility
This SMS and automated-call program is for adults age 18 or older who are authorized to use the phone number they provide. This restriction applies to the communications program and does not restrict access to the clinic's care or services.
Opt out and support
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; further program texts will stop. To rejoin, use the opt-in process again and make a new affirmative choice. Reply HELP for assistance, call (856) 444-8405, or email delran@fyzical.com.
Delivery and appropriate use
Your wireless carrier may delay delivery or fail to deliver a message; the carrier is not responsible for those delays or delivery failures. Text messaging is for general administrative information, not medical advice or emergencies. Do not send medical records, symptoms, insurance identifiers or payment-card details. For an emergency, call 911.
